INFORMATION NOTICE AND CONSENT DECLARATION

Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003 (“Personal Data Protection Code”), Class Services, with registered office in Florence, Via Luca Marenzio 19, considers the protection of your personal data to be of fundamental importance. For this reason, we wish to inform you about the type of data we collect, how it is processed, and for what purposes it is used.

1. Subject of the Information Notice and Data Controller

This information notice concerns the collection, processing, and use of personal data for purposes related to personnel recruitment and selection, aimed at the possible establishment of an employment relationship — whether self-employed or subordinate — with Class Services.

The Data Controller, pursuant to data protection laws, is Class Services, based in Florence, Via Luca Marenzio 19, which will process the data in compliance with legal and contractual obligations.

2. Data Collection and Voluntary Nature of Providing Data

Personal data may be provided to Class Services through the submission of a professional profile and Curriculum Vitae via email, post, or hand delivery.
The applicant may send a Curriculum Vitae in response to specific recruitment advertisements published in newspapers or local magazines, or as a spontaneous application.

Providing personal data is optional. However, failure to provide such data may prevent Class Services from including the applicant’s information in its records.

3. Data Protection and Retention

All data are stored in a digital and/or paper database, managed in accordance with current legislation, owned by Class Services. Data will be retained for no longer than 10 years, unless the data subject requests deletion earlier where storage is no longer necessary, pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.

After this period, the data will be permanently deleted.

4. Data Communication (Recipients or Categories of Recipients)

The data, including any images, may be communicated by Class Services to public and private entities strictly as necessary for the purposes pursued and, where applicable, to employees, collaborators, and professionals appointed for related activities. Examples include, but are not limited to:

a) Exhibiting organizations
b) Clients
c) Studio Professionale Batacchi–Di Giulio, Via Nove di Febbraio 7, Florence – for personnel hiring and payroll management
d) Social Security, Welfare, and Insurance Institutions, the State Tax Administration, and any other authorized public bodies
e) Medical facilities for compliance with occupational health and safety obligations
f) Trade Unions

Such communication will be made only with the prior written consent of the data subject, formalized as indicated below.

5. Data Subject Rights

With regard to personal data held by us, Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 grants the data subject specific rights, which are reproduced below in full:

Article 7:

  1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them exist, even if not yet recorded, and to receive such data in intelligible form.
  2. The data subject has the right to be informed of:
    a) the source of the personal data;
    b) the purposes and methods of processing;
    c) the logic applied if processing is carried out by electronic means;
    d) the identification details of the controller, data processors, and any designated representatives;
    e) the entities or categories of entities to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representatives, processors, or persons in charge.
  3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
    a) the updating, rectification, or, where interested, the integration of the data;
    b) the erasure, anonymization, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;
    c) certification that the operations described in points (a) and (b) have been notified to those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort compared with the right being protected.
  4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
    a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if relevant to the purpose of collection;
    b) to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales, or for market research or commercial communications.

For each request made under Article 7, if it is not confirmed that data concerning the individual exist, a fee may be charged, not exceeding the actual costs incurred, as provided by Article 10(7–9) of Legislative Decree 196/2003.
The data subject may delegate the exercise of these rights in writing to individuals or associations.

6. Consent to Data Processing and Communication

Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, the data subject hereby gives consent to the processing and communication of their personal data, including images and photographs provided, by Class Services to external parties, within the limits and for the purposes described in this notice.

7. Authorization for Use of Image

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Italian Civil Code and Article 96 of Law No. 633/1941, the data subject hereby authorizes Class Services, based in Florence, Via Marenzio 19, to use their image as reproduced through audiovisual recordings, photographs, and/or any other graphic or visual means, in any form, and expressly consents to its publication for promotional purposes.
This includes use through print media, websites, brochures, leaflets, posters, videos, and films in general, as well as dissemination of the image at local, national, and/or international level.

In particular, consent is given for the use of the individual’s image, as represented in the photographs attached to this declaration, to be reproduced on Class Services vehicles used for corporate purposes, and for inclusion in promotional photo books sent to potential clients.

This authorization does not permit the use of the image in contexts that could harm personal dignity or reputation.
Data will not be used for purposes other than those specified herein, and the data subject may object to such use for the reasons stated in this notice.

This authorization is granted for an indefinite period and without any expectation of compensation.
